Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect accounts, stop app access, or request deletion from ShopiDeck. Identify the app or apps concerned so that your request reaches the right records.

Effective: October 21, 2026Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. Request deletion directly

Email team@shopideck.com with the subject "Data deletion — [app name]". State the app(s), store domain or connected-account identifier, your relationship to the account, and the data you want deleted. We may ask for proportionate proof of authority. Do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, or full customer lists. You can request deletion without first disconnecting or uninstalling.

We confirm receipt and scope by email, complete verified deletion requests within 30 calendar days unless a shorter legal deadline applies, confirm completion by email, and explain any legally required restricted retention. You may request an update through the same email channel. A request covering one app does not silently delete another app's records; specify all relevant apps. Store customers should contact the merchant as controller, with ShopiDeck assistance where it holds data on the merchant's behalf.

2. Less Time Marketing: Meta and other social accounts

This is the public deletion-instructions page. It does not accept automated Meta deletion callbacks, generate confirmation codes, or provide a live request-status lookup. Any callback/status URL configured by the app is a separate app endpoint; contact ShopiDeck for request status.

  • Disconnect the selected network in the app to remove its local tokens immediately and stop new publishing through it.
  • You may also remove the app's access directly in each platform (menu names can vary by version): Facebook — Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, or Business integrations for Pages → select the app → Remove. Instagram — Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Remove. TikTok — Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → Remove access. Google/YouTube — Google security settings, linked below. LinkedIn — Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → Remove.
  • To delete retained connection data or content records in ShopiDeck, send the direct request above identifying Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, or LinkedIn as applicable. YouTube authorized data is deleted within 30 calendar days of revocation or a valid deletion request.
  • Uninstalling stops app access and removes social credentials. Shopify normally sends shop/redact approximately 48 hours later; that event deletes local store records subject to the documented legal exceptions, rather than guaranteeing deletion of every provider copy exactly at 48 hours.
  • Already-published social posts and remaining Shopify Files must be managed in those platforms. After uninstall, the app no longer has permission to delete Shopify Files.

3. Bot Cleaner

Disconnect Klaviyo in Settings to revoke/remove connection credentials. Retained audit and suppression history follows the Bot Cleaner retention rules. Store-owner account deletion and Shopify privacy events provide the documented local deletion flows. Suppressing a Klaviyo profile is not permanent deletion of that profile. Contact the merchant or Klaviyo for records independently controlled there; uninstalling Bot Cleaner does not erase them.
