SD: Less Time Marketing — Service Terms
App-specific conditions for AI content generation, campaign scheduling, social publishing, plans, and credits in Less Time Marketing.
1. Applicable agreement
ShopiDeck is a trade name of BONILLA CARRENO ANDRES CAMILO, a natural person (individual), Bogotá, Colombia. These conditions apply only to Less Time Marketing and supplement the general ShopiDeck Terms. The operator and location are identified in the general Terms. Installing or using the app requires acceptance of the general Terms, these conditions, the applicable approved plan, and acknowledgment of the general Privacy Policy and this app's privacy addendum. These app-specific conditions prevail for this app, subject to mandatory law and the DPA for processor obligations. Using this app does not subscribe you to Bot Cleaner or any other app.
2. Service, approval, and automatic publishing
Less Time Marketing creates copy, hashtags, images, videos, and subtitles using third-party AI from store products, brand materials, and your prompts. It schedules and publishes to accounts you connect when the integration is available and authorized. AI output can contain errors: review accuracy, rights, and platform rules before publishing.
By default nothing is published without your approval. If you enable automatic publishing for a campaign, the app approves eligible posts one hour before their scheduled time and they may publish without individual review. You can disable it. TikTok is excluded: you must always approve each TikTok post and explicitly choose the required privacy, interaction, commercial-content, and music-use confirmations. Automatic approval in this app never authorizes automatic suppression in Bot Cleaner.
Generated media is saved in Content → Files in your Shopify store. The app deletes files it no longer needs while authorized. Once uninstalled it loses access and cannot delete remaining Shopify Files; you must manage them in Shopify. Publishing to a social network creates a separate platform copy that uninstalling does not remove.
4. Plans, trial, and credits
Plans and packages are billed through Shopify in USD and appear on your Shopify bill. Current prices and quantities are shown in the app and Shopify listing; only charges approved through the applicable Shopify flow are authorized. These credits are specific to Less Time Marketing and are not transferable to another ShopiDeck app.

5. Failed generations and refunds
Credits are returned automatically if generation fails for a technical reason. A generation rejected by the AI provider's content policy consumes the displayed credits even if no output is delivered; this condition must be disclosed before the attempt is charged.
Plan and package payments are non-refundable, with no prorated refund for a partially used cycle, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or ShopiDeck made a billing error. Report a suspected billing error to team@shopideck.com within 30 days so it can be investigated; this reporting period does not remove mandatory legal rights. Approved monetary refunds are processed through Shopify.
6. Cancellation and price changes
Cancel through Plans in the app or uninstall. Cancelling in the app ends the plan and its monthly credits immediately; package credits remain until expiry while the account is available. Cancellation through Shopify may leave access active until the end of the paid cycle, as shown in that flow. If neither an active plan nor usable credits remain, campaigns are paused and no new posts are published until eligibility is restored. Uninstalling stops app processing and access, including use of package credits; retaining unused credits does not authorize later publishing after uninstall.
Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and any approval required by Shopify must be obtained before charging the new amount. Prices, credits, and cancellation rules from another ShopiDeck app do not change this subscription.
7. Your materials and generated content
You retain rights in your product data, brand, logo, and prompts. You grant ShopiDeck and the providers involved only the permission needed to generate, store, schedule, and publish content for you. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for input materials.
To the extent ShopiDeck holds transferable rights in generated text, images, and videos, ShopiDeck assigns those rights to you, subject to third-party rights and model terms. AI output may be similar to other users' output, may not qualify for intellectual-property protection, and is not guaranteed exclusive or free of third-party claims. No rights in third-party music, brands, likenesses, or other protected material are granted by implication.
You are responsible for approved or automatically approved posts, including truthful product claims, prices, discounts, endorsements, image and music rights, privacy, advertising and consumer law, and platform rules. ShopiDeck retains rights in its software, design, documentation, and brands under the general Terms.
8. Prohibited use and enforcement
ShopiDeck may block product images rejected under content policies, pause campaigns, or suspend the affected account for violations. Notice is provided unless law or a serious risk prevents it. A restriction in this app does not itself authorize new data access or automatic suspension of unrelated apps; the general Terms govern any separately justified security or legal measure.
- Illegal, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or sexual content; fabricated offers, discounts, or testimonials.
- Products or services prohibited by Shopify or the selected platform; impersonation of people or brands.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, image, or music-rights infringement; bypassing content restrictions or platform/API limits.
- Spam, abusive automation, unauthorized accounts, or attempts to evade credit, trial, or authentication controls.
9. Availability, liability, and third-party claims
The service is provided as is and as available to the extent legally permitted. It depends on Shopify, social networks, AI, hosting, and database providers. A missed publication is shown for review and rescheduling; no sales, reach, follower growth, exact publishing time, or platform acceptance is guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total ShopiDeck liability arising from this app is limited to amounts you paid ShopiDeck for this app in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Fees paid for another ShopiDeck app are not included. The general exclusions for indirect loss, lost profits and data, and independent platform decisions also apply. These limits never exclude mandatory rights or liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud or gross negligence where applicable.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify ShopiDeck for third-party claims resulting from unlawful content you supplied or authorized for publication, rights infringement, or your breach of these Terms. This does not cover loss caused by ShopiDeck's own breach or non-excludable responsibility. ShopiDeck will notify you of the claim and allow reasonable participation in the defense; no settlement imposing obligations on you may be made without your agreement.
10. Changes, termination, and contact
Material changes to these app conditions are notified in the app or by email at least 15 days before taking effect, except changes urgently required by law or security, which are communicated as soon as reasonably possible. Price changes follow the 30-day rule above. Material removal of an essential paid feature is announced with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after effectiveness constitutes acceptance where legally permitted; any express consent or Shopify approval required is still obtained. You may stop using and uninstall the app before a change takes effect.
Uninstalling terminates app access and removes credentials; local records are deleted according to the app privacy addendum. The general Terms govern Colombian law, competent Bogotá courts, and mandatory rights elsewhere. This is a business service; consumer cancellation rights, including any EU/UK withdrawal right, apply only if mandatory law makes them applicable and are never waived here.

3. Connected accounts and platform terms
You must be authorized to administer every connected account or Page. Connecting authorizes publication of content you approve or enable for automatic approval. You can disconnect in the app or revoke access from the platform. Platforms may delay, reject, restrict, make private, or remove content, change APIs, or suspend accounts.
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy also applies to Google's processing. Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn terms apply to their respective connections. For TikTok, the Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, Branded Content Policy also apply. These requirements concern only the platform you use.
Where supported, the app labels AI-generated content, for example on YouTube. You remain responsible for synthetic-content disclosures and advertising labels required by the platform or applicable law, including applicable EU AI rules. A platform label does not guarantee legal compliance.
